In this role, you’ll support the Community Manager in all aspects of daily operations, helping to create a welcoming, well-maintained, and thriving community for our residents.

Financial & Administrative Support
- Assist with rent collection and ensure timely bank deposits and Yardi entries
- Help manage lease files and ensure proper execution of all documents
- Support eviction processes and utility cut-offs when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and assist with weekly staff scheduling
Resident Relations
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Address resident concerns and complaints with professionalism and care
- Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities
Maintenance Coordination
- Walk and inspect the property regularly to ensure quality standards
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely apartment turnovers
- Monitor service requests and follow up on completion
Marketing & Leasing
- Stay informed about local market trends and neighborhood conditions
- Respond to leasing inquiries and guide prospects through the application process
- Review rental applications and assist with approvals or rejections
Safety & Compliance
- Participate in property inspections and safety meetings
- Ensure timely reporting of workers’ compensation claims and incidents
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of onsite community management experience
- Reliable transportation for travel to assigned communities
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel ; Yardi experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Customer Service Responds promptly, manages difficult situations with empathy, and follows through on commitments
- Communication Speaks and writes clearly; listens actively and seeks clarification when needed
- Teamwork Builds positive team spirit and supports others’ success
