**Job Title: Machine Operator** **1st shift: $24.41** **2nd shift: $24.91** **3rd shift: $25.41** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled bagger operators to join our team. Candidates will be required to participate in interviews. The role involves working on various shifts, ensuring efficiency on vertical form fill bagger machines and electronic scales across packaging lines. Collaboration with TNA operators and line-specific floats is essential to optimize the lines. **Responsibilities** + Operate vertical form fill bagger machines and electronic scales efficiently. + Collaborate with TNA operators and line-specific floats to improve efficiency. + Optimize packaging lines for better performance. **Essential Skills** + Five years of packaging experience, focusing on vertical form fill bagger machines and electronic scales. + Significant hands-on experience with the mentioned machines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in production, packaging, machine operation, packing, and production lines. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a clean workplace environment with opportunities for advancement, fostering professional growth and development. **Work Environment** This role involves working in a food manufacturing setting with operations across three shifts: 1st shift from 6:30 AM to 3 PM, 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11 PM, and 3rd shift from 11:30 PM to 7 AM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Montgomery, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.41 - $25.41/hr.
