Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per order
- Monitor residents’ health status; document vital signs and clinical changes
- Provide direct nursing care and assist with activities of daily living
- Assess and respond to resident needs; update care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and communicate changes to supervising staff
- Maintain safety, infection control, and dignified resident care; document promptly in the charting system

Requirements
- Active LPN license in Alabama
- Ability to work a local travel assignment with 3x12-hour day shifts
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to follow facility policies and care plans; commitment to resident safety and quality of care
