Job Description To provide support for Smart Square configuration and training to maximize resource efficiency through precise placement of the right person in the right place at the right time. To collaborate with nursing leaders and to provide proactive analysis of organizational staffing needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) year of experience in institutional healthcare required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Previous Kronos experience preferred. None required.
