*Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care across all ages in an outpatient setting.
*Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage chronic diseases, preventive care, and acute conditions.
*Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and support PCMH Level 3 standards.
*Mentor and support clinical staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient care.
