Pay: $3,000 to $3,020 per week
Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 6/22/2026
About the Position
- Provide direct patient care to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients in acute care hospital settings
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms and promptly report abnormalities or changes in patient condition
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans
- Potentially may be reassigned one time throughout the day to another unit.
- Must be able to float to all acute areas and the Northport location.
- EVERY OTHER WEEKEND.
- HOLIDAYS AS REQUIRED.
Requirements
Education - Required
* Associated degree in nursing
Certifications – Required
1. AHA BLS
2. OR RED CROSS
Licenses – Required
* Registered Nurse State of Alabama or Compact license (No Temp Licenses' accepted)
* NURSYS
Experience - Required:
* 2 years’ experience overall in specialty ; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of recent experience in the field of specialty.
