A dynamic leader who is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the RV dealership, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with customers to drive business growth. Someone who thrives on motivating high-performing sales teams to exceed targets. This key role involves formulating and executing effective sales strategies, leading and motivating sales staff, and ensuring a seamless sales process to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. This position demands exceptional leadership, communication, analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of sales principles and strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance dealership performance.
- Train and mentor sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through outstanding service and support.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows to increase brand awareness.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations in sales practices.
- Collaborate with other departments, including finance and service, to enhance customer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Knowledge of RV products and market trends is an advantage.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
- Highly ambitious and looking to grow within a fast-paced environment.
- High level of commitment and willingness to learn.
- Experience in supervising and managing staff
