A dynamic leader who is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the RV dealership, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with customers to drive business growth. Someone who thrives on motivating high-performing sales teams to exceed targets. This key role involves formulating and executing effective sales strategies, leading and motivating sales staff, and ensuring a seamless sales process to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. This position demands exceptional leadership, communication, analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of sales principles and strategies.

  Key Requirements: 

• Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance dealership performance.
• Train and mentor sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through outstanding service and support.
• Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows to increase brand awareness.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations in sales practices.
• Collaborate with other departments, including finance and service, to enhance customer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
• Knowledge of RV products and market trends is an advantage.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Highly ambitious and looking to grow within a fast-paced environment.
• High level of commitment and willingness to learn.
• Experience in supervising and managing staff
