Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, food stands, or kiosks within the park
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health codes
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and food storage systems
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of kitchen, dining, and service areas
- Hire, train, and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Supervise team performance and provide coaching or disciplinary action when needed
- Conduct daily briefings, assign tasks, and ensure smooth team communication
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly
- Maintain a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere
- Monitor dining areas and guest flow to improve service efficiency
