Social Media Coordinator
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. In this role, you will create engaging content, schedule posts, interact with followers, and analyze performance to help us connect with the audience. You will work remotely while playing a key role in shaping our brand voice and online community.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, graphics, captions) for platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter) and others as needed that align with brand voice and messaging.
- Design basic graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar.
- Repurpose existing content (blog posts, job postings, company news) into social-friendly formats.
- Engage with followers, industry partners, and potential candidates by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content.
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally.
- Track and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, clicks, follower growth.
Requirements
- Previous experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or related role is preferred. Entry-level candidates with a passion for social media are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter).
- Basic graphic design skills like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a content calendar.
- Ability to adapt to changing trends and platform updates.
