At Russellville Hospital , leadership doesn’t stop after hours. As the RN House Supervisor - Nights, you’ll be the driving force behind hospital operations, supporting clinical teams, ensuring exceptional patient care, and creating a safe and collaborative environment for staff and patients.

What You’ll Do

As a RN Night House Supervisor, you will oversee hospital-wide operations and provide leadership support across departments during overnight hours. You’ll serve as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, patients, and families while ensuring smooth operations and high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight during night shifts
  
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, bed management and clinical coverage across units
  
• Support and mentor nursing and clinical staff in real-time decision-making
  
• Respond to patient care concerns, clinical emergencies, and operational challenges
  
• Promote compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  
• Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and ancillary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  
• Help create positive patient and family experiences through compassionate leadership and problem-solving
  

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Active Alabama RN license required
  
• 4-6 years of recent hospital experience with demonstrated leadership skills
  
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
  
• BSN preferred
  
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within one year of hire
