Inside Sales Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

This role focuses on outbound prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

If you enjoy building relationships, working with leads, and closing deals in a structured sales process, we want to hear from you.

• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospects
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate records in CRM system (Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Track follow-ups and manage sales pipeline
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and outside sales teams

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:

• 1–3 years inside sales, customer service, or call center experience
• Experience using a CRM system (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with performance metrics Preferred Qualifications
• B2B sales experience
• Lead qualification and appointment setting experience
