Location: Alabama (Multiple Sites)

Specialty: Internal Medicine / Family Medicine

Join a dedicated Preventative Care team in Alabama! Our client is seeking multiple locum physicians to support four outpatient locations focused on improving long-term patient health and managing chronic conditions.

Practice Setting

• Outpatient, preventative care clinic
• Adult patient population (ages 17+)
• Collaborative, team-based approach

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
• Flexible, short-term assignments available

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Alabama state license (IMLC not accepted)
• Prior experience with chronic disease management preferred
