Manufacturing Cycle Counters

We are seeking experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Cycle Counters to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining inventory accuracy across our facility through physical counts and documentation. Don't be afraid to get dirty-we're a steel plant, so roll your sleeves up and get ready to work! You will work closely with plant leadership and the shipping manager to ensure all stock counts are precise and up to date. Only candidates who have worked in a manufacturing environment, preferably steel, doing physical cycle counts, will be considered.

salary: $17.5 - $17.51 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Conduct daily physical inventory counts (cycle counting) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Work in environment that doesn't have a set inventory process currently.

• Utilize basic warehouse equipment such as manual pallet jacks to move materials as needed.

• Report inventory discrepancies to plant managers and leadership.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Position Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Must be comfortable standing and walking for the duration of the shift....NOT climate controlled.

• Lifting Ability: Ability to lift and move materials comfortably.

• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing and inventory role is required.

• Reliability: proven track record of attendance and punctuality are a must.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 35lbs
• standing for 9 hours at one time

• Pallet Jack Operation
• Lifting (1 year of experience is required)
• Inventory - Physical (2 years of experience is required)
