What You’ll Do

• Deliver impactful marketing and sales presentations, guiding customers through new service enrollments.

• Generate sales growth through interactive in-store promotions.

• Ensure compliance standards are upheld across all marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with team members to plan, execute, and refine retail campaigns.

• Learn our clients’ products and services inside and out to confidently educate and convert customers.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (a plus but not required).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence engaging with customers in a face-to-face setting.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to stand for extended periods during retail shifts.
