In this role, you’ll partner with individuals and families to design tailored financial plans that support their short- and long-term goals. Through hands-on mentorship, innovative tools, and collaboration with accomplished professionals, you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to grow your own successful advisory practice while making a meaningful difference in your clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial guidance and planning for clients

• Collaborate with Senior Advisors and specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions

• Analyze financial data and develop personalized investment, risk management, and retirement strategies

• Build and grow your client base through networking, marketing initiatives, and firm support

• Prepare and present financial plans with precision, clarity, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build your own practice

• Willingness to obtain life insurance licensing upon joining and securities licensing within six months

• Must reside near Tuscaloosa, AL (for hybrid in-office collaboration)
