Responsibilities Source and grow your own leads and leverage a large network to generate new mortgage opportunities. Make high-volume prospecting calls; 30, 40, or 100 calls per day as needed. Attend and/or conduct open houses when appropriate to generate engagement. Operate beyond traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet targets. Collaborate with the team and use our loan product portfolio to close loans. Qualifications Charismatic, outgoing, and natural-born relationship builders. Massive sphere of influence and the ability to start conversations anywhere. Coachable mindset with drive to achieve goals and resilience in mortgage sales.
