Are you a relentless self-starter ready to build something great? Crate Pros is seeking a proven outside sales professional to design, grow, and build our sales organization throughout the Southeastern U.S.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is more than just a sales job – it’s a chance to be the foundational sales leader in a critical and exciting market. Initially, you will serve as a salesperson in your geographic area so you can learn our business, our customer base, and our industry, but you will also have the unique opportunity to build and lead a sales organization around you! In addition to your base salary, you will be incentivized based on your contribution to our sales and success.

Primary: Manufacturing and Industrial companies within a 100-mile radius of Nashville, TN; Huntsville, AL; Chattanooga, TN; and Knoxville, TN.

5-10 years of proven, successful sales experience, preferably in B2B industrial services, logistics, or a related field.
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience leveraging a CRM like HubSpot to enable a sales organization.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
LOCATION: This role can be based in Nashville, TN or Huntsville, AL.
