Director of Nursing (RN) - Emergency Services (ER)
A minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience in Emergency Services
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build effective relationships team
Current Alabama RN license (or eligible for licensure)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement performance-improvement initiatives. BLS and ACLS required (or obtained within a defined timeframe)
