OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
- Maintain established office hours for satellite office
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and tenant inquiries
- Maintain electronic records and documentation
- Assist with lease preparation and lease signings
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and inspections
- Assist with marketing efforts for available properties
- Update property marketing descriptions and listing content as needed
- Order and maintain office supplies, inventory and routine cleaning
- Ensure office space remains organized, stocked, and presentable
- Remove and/or coordinate the removal of property signage, lockboxes, and other marketing materials as needed
- Accept and post rent and deposit payments via drop box and in-person
- Process tenant payments and maintain accurate records
- Follow up on delinquent accounts as directed
- Assist with collection efforts and payment arrangements
- Assist with the preparation and posting of eviction notices and other required legal notices as needed
- Post eviction notices and other required notices
- Prepare court documentation and filings
- Attend court as needed
- Track judgments, payment plans, and legal outcomes
- Coordinate communication with attorneys and legal vendors
- Manage all tasks and duties related to Section 8
- Coordinate inspections and required documentation
- Ensure compliance with housing authority requirements
- Assist with vendor onboarding paperwork and recordkeeping
- Coordinate supply pickups and administrative vendor needs
Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service, sales support or administrative role
- Experience in Property Management is a plus
- Experience with established KPIs and/or deadlines
- Proficient with computers and technology
- Outgoing, positive and professional demeanor
- Open-minded and receptive to feedback with a focus on continued growth
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- High school diploma required, some college or alternate accreditation preferred
The compensation package for this role includes a base annual salary of $45,000-$50,000 DOE as well as annual bonus based on company profit after six months in role. We offer a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility, generous PTO accrual and 401K with employer contribution after one year of service. We also observe eight paid holidays and a family friendly schedule that includes no mandatory nights or weekends.
