Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Huntsville, AL, 35801. In this role, you will oversee various civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities- Lead and manage civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Implement best practices for project management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional certification (PMP, CCM, etc.) is a plus.
