About Us: Are you a skilled HVAC professional with a heart for teaching? MCTI is looking for a passionate instructor to lead our HVAC course. This class meets one evening a week and serves as a launching pad for students eager to join the mechanical trades.
Position: HVAC Instructor
What Youll Do:
- Teach HVAC fundamentals including electrical, refrigeration, troubleshooting, and safety
- Provide structured but engaging instruction, including labs and real-life examples
- Partner with MCTI staff to ensure students stay on track to graduate job-ready
What Were Looking For:
- 3+ years in the HVAC field (residential or commercial)
- Great communicator who enjoys mentoring
- Clear communicator who can break down complex skills for beginners
- Passion for developing talent and giving back to the trade
