Main Responsibilities of a Front of House Manager - Responsible for every aspect of the Front of House Operations in the business
- Oversees Front of House leadership team
- Works in operations with the team
- Ensures our guests receive hospitable and fast service
- Responsible for ensuring all Chick-fil-A Standard Operating Procedures are being followed
- Leads team and implements systems for improvement as needed
- Trains team and leaders
- Oversees, develops, and implements promotions for the business
- Addresses guest complaints and resolves any issues
Front of House Manager Job Description
At Chick-fil-A, this role is a part of the high performance leadership team. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for overseeing the front of house operations, hospitality, fast service, guest experience, and labor productivity in the restaurant. This role also oversees the front of house team in all aspects of shift management and ensures that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. This position requires the employee to know all Chick-fil-A standards and ensure recipes are being followed accurately. This leadership position upholds our Chick-fil-A standards to serve high quality food with high quality service at all times.
We are looking for an experienced and skilled manager with remarkable skills, who will run a store effectively and with attention to detail.
Our Front of House Manager is required to be in constant contact with the staff and customers. This role needs to be able to ensure their staff provides the highest quality customer services and monitor the overall financial performance of the store.
The responsibilities of a Front of House Manager are to greet the staff and customers, provide them with what they need, give intelligent recommendations and suggestions, build customer and brand trust, assist the staff with anything they need and make sure the customers have a great experience.
More importantly, a perfect Front of House Manager candidate should be reliable, accommodating, courteous, and friendly to ensure that the customers are fully satisfied.
