Administrative Assistant

Adecco is assisting the Health Department with an Admin position in their Epidemiology unit. This position will work part time 7:00am-11am Monday-Friday) in Florence KY. This position is a short term assignment that will last through 6/30/2026 and possible longer. Typical Job Duties: 1. Chart Review 2. Completing Case Investigations (which involve some follow up phone calls to doctors offices) 3. Assist with general clerical functions 4. Experience with Medical Records is required Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 1. Ability to follow written and oral instructions 2. Ability to hear, speak, and see sufficient to greet phone and walk-in guests 3. Ability to acquire knowledge of NKY Health sufficient to answer routine questions and forward non-routine questions to the appropriate party 4.
