Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to support an automobile manufacturing client located in West Point City, Atlanta . The consultant will be responsible for driving production planning processes, optimizing manufacturing operations, and ensuring seamless system integration across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Production Planning (PP) processes within the S/4HANA environment.
  
• Engage with business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure PP functionalities.
  
• Configure and manage PP sub-modules such as MRP, MPS, SOP, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Production Orders.
  
• Support integration with MM, SD, QM, PM, and CO modules.
  
• Optimize end-to-end manufacturing workflows, including BOM, routing, work centers, and scheduling.
  
• Provide support for production execution, planning strategies, and demand management.
  
• Manage testing cycles, UAT support, documentation, and user training.
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure continuous improvement of PP processes.
  
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and manufacturing standards.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP implementation and support.
  
• Strong expertise in S/4HANA PP (mandatory).
  
• Experience in the automobile manufacturing or similar discrete manufacturing domain is highly preferred.
  
• Deep knowledge of MRP, production order management, capacity planning, and integration scenarios.
  
• Experience in managing end-to-end PP cycles in hybrid/onsite environments.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

Work Model

• Hybrid: 3 days onsite at West Point City, Atlanta, and 2 days remote per week.
