10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers based in the Huntsville, AL area to operate flatbed freight across the contiguous United States. These positions are intended for experienced flatbed drivers who prefer regional and over-the-road (OTR) schedules with consistent weekly home time. The company provides steady freight, late-model equipment, 24-hour dispatch support, and comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.

• Compensation and incentives:
  • Gross pay range: $1,800 to $2,100 per week (typical); drivers compensated at 27% of the load.

• Typical duties:
  • Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
  • Perform flatbed load securement and freight protection, including tarping and use of straps, chains, and binders (approximately 40–50% of loads require tarping).
  • Haul regional and OTR flatbed freight, with typical runs up to 2,000–2,500 miles covering multiple states.
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report maintenance needs.
  • Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on-time performance.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Qualifications:
  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Minimum of 1 year OTR driving experience and at least 6 months flatbed experience.
  • Experience hauling steel and steel pipe is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with straps, tarps, chains, and binders for securement.
  • Clean driving record and ability to meet company and regulatory background requirements.
