Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for an AH-64E V6 Apache Subject Matter Expert to support the SRD/Assault and Attack division. This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide operational insight to engineering, airworthiness, and systems integration activities.

• Support evaluation of new capabilities, modifications, and software updates for the AH‑64E.

• Participate in technical reviews, safety assessments, and configuration discussions.

• Provide -10 reviews.

• Translate pilot‑level operational understanding into actionable engineering and sustainment inputs.

• Support coordination across SRD, PM Apache, and other Army Aviation stakeholders.

• Conduct Airworthiness Release (AWR) reviews, providing operational and technical input to ensure configuration changes meet airworthiness requirements.

Required Experience:

• BS+16 years of experience, or HS+20 years of experience.

• AH-64E V6 Pilot experience (within the last 10 years).

• Experience as an MTP, IP, or SP.

• Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. US travel only.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AH-64E V6.5 SW function.

• Experience as a Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP).
