This role oversees all aspects of production flow, including management of the **wash rack and seal station areas** , to ensure operational efficiency, quality performance, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, foster team development, and uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. **What you will do:** + Work Onsite at our Foley, AL Location + Work a Flexible schedule that will be managed as needed. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
