One of the largest inpatient rehabilitation centers is looking to bring on an individual to their team on a 3 month contract to take some of the work load off of their support team that will be helping out with an ERP upgrade. They are looking for an individual that has worked in a helpdesk or call center environment providing remote support to end users. The ticketing system they use is Cherwell and this individual will be receiving roughly 30-45 calls per day, ranging from password reset issues to email internet connectivity issues. It is very important that this individual provides excellent customer service while resolving these tickets. this team has a 89% first call resolution so they would like to stay close to that. If they do not know the answers. They will have to work onsite from 8-5 M-F.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
