**Job Description**
Join our Locker division's marketing team as a **Content Marketing Specialist** . In this role, you'll focus on creating compelling content that builds brand awareness, engages audiences, and supports sales initiatives.
+ **Create and Curate Content:** Write and edit blogs, social posts, infographics, and other formats. Collaborate with internal teams and external contributors when needed.
+ **Optimize for Visibility:** Apply SEO best practices and adapt content for social media to maximize reach and engagement.
+ **Publish and Distribute:** Use CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) to publish content across web, email, and social platforms.
+ **Analyze Performance:** Track metrics like traffic and engagement to improve content effectiveness.
+ **Maintain Brand Voice:** Ensure consistency in tone and style across all content.
+ **Explore AI Tools:** Use AI solutions for content ideation and editing while ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
+ 3-5 years of experience in content creation or content marketing
+ Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
+ Familiarity with SEO and CMS platforms
+ Comfortable using analytics tools to measure performance
+ Creative mindset with attention to detail
