Compensation: Starting rate $20 per hour, not including incentives
Schedule: We currently operate on 10-hour, 4-day-a-week shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 6 AM to 4:30 PM. New hire positions are filled based on the company's needs.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: for MACHINE OPERATORS
- Keep up with fast-paced work environments and production lines.
- Safely operate equipment used in the various manufacturing processes.
- Collaborating with co-workers and supervisors in a cooperative and respectful manner
- Responsible for keeping work areas clean, orderly, and free of hazards.
- Ability to work in various body positions; bending, stooping, standing, and the ability to have coordinated movements of pulling, pushing, grasping, reaching, and bilateral arm movements.
MUST REQUIREMENTS: for MACHINE OPERATORS
- 12 months of continuous work experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment; and/or equivalent military experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to adhere to safety guidelines and company policies and act as a role model in the adherence to policies.
- Must successfully pass drug screening and background check,
- Must have excellent hand and eye coordination
- Must be able and willing to learn and apply all Quality, Environmental, and Housekeeping requirements.
Must be able to communicate effectively and respectfully with company employees, vendors, contractors, and all levels of management.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: for MACHINE OPERATORS
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Previous experience in a woodworking facility and/or equipment
- Ability to utilize measuring devices.
