Learning & Development Specialist (L&D)
Tagaddod is dedicated to driving positive change through innovation in waste management and sustainability. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Specialist (L&D) to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will be pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.
You will develop and implement targeted training programs designed to enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement, aligning with our strategic objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs, create engaging learning resources, and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage effective training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and design customized learning solutions.
Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and workshops.
Lead training sessions and workshops to facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development.
Evaluate training programs and collect feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Support the establishment of a learning culture within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Learning and Development, Training, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
