Technician
Material Feed Technician
The position performs the following duties:
Perform material and/or color changes in a timely manner, to include leaving the workstation clean and organized.
Maintain a proper flow of material to be used in the plastic injection molding process i.e. raw materials
Ensure product is stored and utilized in FIFO mode.
Ensure gaylords are full and being covered to prevent cardboard contamination in loader room.
Perform problem solving techniques in evaluating material vacuum/drying system problems.
Document all lot control numbers and dryer change schedule as required.
Willing to be flexible and cross train and do other production jobs in the company.
Any and all tasks assigned.
