Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temporary position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Answer and manage multiline phone systems promptly and professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with courtesy and accuracy.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Build rapport and maintain a customer?first approach.
• Provide product, service, or account information depending on company needs.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Proven customer service experience. Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to manage high call volumes on a multiline phone system. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong problem?solving abilities.
• Familiarity with computer systems, email, and customer service software.
