Founded in 2016, FosterSoccer has grown into a leading soccer coaching organization in Westchester County, NY . We provide high-quality coaching services to travel soccer clubs across lower Westchester and offer comprehensive Winter Clinics and Summer Camps .

Our sessions are led by licensed, professional coaches who follow a player-first curriculum that nurtures both athletic and personal development. Job Opening: Travel Soccer Head Coach (Part-Time / Full-Time)

We are currently hiring qualified, energetic coaches to work with competitive travel teams in lower Westchester County that compete in the Westchester Youth Soccer League (WYSL) .

In addition to Fall and Spring team coaching opportunities, we also offer year-round work including Winter training and Summer camps .

Responsibilities

• Coach 2-3 travel teams of varying ages and levels.
• Lead twice-weekly training sessions (75–90 minutes each).
• Coach Sunday WYSL games during the season.
• Manage communication and scheduling for your assigned teams.
• Foster a positive, professional environment representing FosterSoccer and our partner clubs.
• Serve as a role model for young players and support their personal and athletic development.
• Complete annual player development plans for each athlete.
• Attend ongoing staff development sessions and coaching workshops.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of youth soccer coaching experience .
• USSF “D” License or equivalent (preferred) - Minimum USSF Grassroots License.
• Availability for afternoons, evenings, and weekends .
• Strong communication skills with players and parents.
• Must have legal U.S. work authorization .
• Valid U.S. driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
