We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Project Engineer with a background in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or any other engineering discipline to join our Manufacturing Strategy and Growth team located in Huntsville Alabama. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your engineering skills in a real-world manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: + Assist in the design, definition, and optimization of manufacturing processes and systems to meet complex company initiatives. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness. + Utilize engineering principles from aerospace, mechanical and computer engineering to solve complex manufacturing challenges. + Conduct research and analysis to support the development of new manufacturing technologies, techniques and modern solutions. + Participate in the creation and implementation of process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives. + Assist in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing transition issues to ensure smooth production operations and to meet critical timelines. + Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. + Support the implementation of safety and quality standards in the manufacturing environment. Qualifications: + To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master's Degree in engineering or have completed their Master's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
