We’re looking for a dependable and skilled General Maintenance Technician to help keep our grocery store running safely and efficiently. In this role, you’ll be a key part of daily operations—ensuring our facility, equipment, and systems are well-maintained so our team can focus on delivering a great customer experience.

What You’ll Do

As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll handle a variety of tasks across the store, including:

* Performing routine maintenance and repairs throughout the store
* Troubleshooting issues with plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC systems
* Supporting refrigeration systems (coolers/freezers) to help protect product quality
* Repairing fixtures, shelving, doors, flooring, and general store equipment
* Conducting daily inspections to identify and resolve safety hazards
* Responding quickly to urgent maintenance needs to minimize downtime
* Assisting with preventative maintenance to keep systems running smoothly

Requirements/Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

* 2+ years of maintenance experience (retail or grocery preferred)
* Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
* Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
* Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and detail
* Comfortable working in coolers/freezers and various store conditions
* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

Physical & Work Requirements
