Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary and technically skilled Microsoft Power Platform Architect to lead the governance, compliance, and development standards across our Power Platform ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on AI integration and Copilot Studio capabilities. This role will drive responsible innovation, ensure platform integrity, and empower both professional and citizen developers through strategic enablement and leadership.
Key Responsibilities Governance & Compliance
+ Design and implement governance frameworks including environment strategy, DLP policies, and access controls.
+ Ensure solutions comply with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
+ Monitor platform usage and enforce responsible development practices across Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
Architecture & Standards
+ Define and maintain scalable architecture patterns, naming conventions, and lifecycle management standards.
+ Lead solution reviews and provide technical guidance on performance, security, and integration.
+ Develop reusable components, templates, and connectors to promote consistency and efficiency.
AI & Copilot Studio Integration
+ Architect and govern AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including custom copilots and generative AI experiences.
+ Establish best practices for responsible AI use, including prompt engineering, data privacy, and ethical considerations.
+ Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and conversational interfaces.
Platform Management
+ Oversee environment provisioning, licensing strategy, and capacity planning.
+ Implement tools for monitoring, auditing, and managing Power Platform and Copilot Studio assets.
+ Stay current with Microsoft roadmap and community trends to inform strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
+ 5+ years of experience architecting solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
+ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
+ Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and security in cloud environments.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, Dataverse, and integration patterns.
+ Experience with ALM tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub).
+ Experience with GCC High Tenants a plus

**Pay Range**
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 101,500.00 - 188,500.00
