Field Service Engineer - MR & CT
- Citizenship/Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Experience: 1 - 30 Years (Relevant MR/CT Experience Required)
- MR & CT experience is mandatory
- Hands-on experience in MRI Repair & Maintenance
- Hands-on experience in CT Repair & Maintenance
- Experience working on GE and/or Siemens OEM systems (Both preferred)
- Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting background
- Perform repair and maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment (MRI/CT mandatory)
- Troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems in high-pressure customer environments
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance including calibrations and system verification
- Learn and continuously update knowledge of imaging systems to improve maintenance efficiency
- Accurately document all service activities as per company quality standards
- Submit field service reports in a timely and compliant manner
- Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment
- Communicate effectively with Account Managers regarding service updates
- Manage and maintain company tools and assets
- Travel to customer sites and work independently with minimal supervision
- PET imaging service experience
- Multi-OEM exposure (GE & Siemens preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Ability to handle time-sensitive and critical service situations
