Insurance Office Manager
Mobile, AL
$50,000-$60,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy and growing insurance office. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys improving processes, supporting a team, and keeping an office running efficiently.

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflows
- Support and manage customer service representatives and account managers
- Assist with payroll, employee time off, and commission tracking
- Perform bookkeeping and account reconciliations
- Maintain licensing compliance for agency staff
- Coordinate office events, meetings, travel, and scheduling
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Help create an exceptional experience for both employees and clients
Qualifications
- Previous office management experience (insurance industry strongly preferred)
- Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative operations
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software
- Experience with CRM or Agency Management Systems (HawkSoft, AgencyZoom, or similar) is a plus
- QuickBooks or accounting software experience preferred
