Office Administrator

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily work schedules for tree care services, including trimming, removal, planting, and maintenance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates, responding to inquiries, and explaining service plans.
- Collaborate with field supervisors and crews to ensure accurate communication of job details and resource availability.
- Track job progress and crew performance, generating reports to support business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage the allocation and scheduling of equipment, personnel, and materials.
- Adjust schedules and dispatch in real-time to accommodate weather delays or operational changes.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Familiarity with tree care services or the green industry is a plus
