Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily work schedules for tree care services, including trimming, removal, planting, and maintenance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates, responding to inquiries, and explaining service plans.
  • Collaborate with field supervisors and crews to ensure accurate communication of job details and resource availability.
  • Track job progress and crew performance, generating reports to support business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the allocation and scheduling of equipment, personnel, and materials.
  • Adjust schedules and dispatch in real-time to accommodate weather delays or operational changes.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
  • Familiarity with tree care services or the green industry is a plus
