As a **Security Officer - Dispatch Specialist** in **Montgomery, AL** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Dispatch Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and respond to calls for service. This is a driving post, requiring vehicle operation as part of your daily responsibilities. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while utilizing computer or tablet technology, all while working with a team that values integrity, innovation, and putting people first.

**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed within the commercial real estate location.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations by gathering information, coordinating appropriate responses, and maintaining calm, problem-solving communication.
+ Maintain detailed records of calls, incidents, and activities in the dispatch log.
+ Work closely with onsite teams to relay important information and updates in a timely manner.
+ Assist in implementing site-specific policies and procedures related to emergency response and security-related protocols.
+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by addressing inquiries and escalating issues as appropriate.
+ Support Allied Universal by adhering to established protocols and maintaining professionalism in all communications and interactions.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience are required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
