Founded in 1979, FabArc’s two manufacturing plants have a total fabricating area of 275,000 square feet and a work force of over 300 highly skilled employees. Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )

• Shifts: 1st 4am - 2:30pm / 2nd 3pm - 3:30am
• Local Structural Steel Fabricator.
• Heavy Industrial.
• The facility is not climate controlled. Steel Toe boots required.
• Associates will be required to work in heat/ cold.
• Breakroom area and water stations available.
• Positions will require to lift up to 50 lbs, utilize tape measurements, grinders, welders or machine operators.
• Must be able to work in a hot and dusty work environment.
• Welding test required.

Welder Qualifications:

• Mig welding experience required.
• Able work 10+ hour shifts.
• Must have knowledge of tape measure.
• Must be able to work in a hot and dusty work environment.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Must stand for entire shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds All leather steel toe boots required.
• Must have your own welding hood, sleeves, gloves.
• High School Diploma or GED NOT required.
