Quarry Maintenance Mechanic- Alexander City, AL (2nd Shift)

This position is a skilled position involving maintenance and operation of company conveyor and crushing equipment.
Quarry Experience needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Thorough mechanical knowledge of crusher and related equipment. •Analyzes malfunctions and repairs and rebuilds conveyors and crushing equipment.
•Examines parts for damage or excessive wear.
•Welds broken parts and structural members and other items as necessary using stick welding processes.
•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
•Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
•Must have currently valid welding certifications.
