Drivers focus on efficient movement while freight handling is completed at shipper and receiver facilities.Regional lanes are structured to maintain steady freight availability and consistent weekly operating patterns.CompensationDrivers earn $1,425 per week to $1,625 per week based on dispatched miles. All miles are paid, including loaded and empty, supporting predictable weekly income.Company-paid orientation is provided with orientation pay included. After onboarding, drivers are placed into established regional dry van freight rotations.BenefitsMedical, vision, prescription, and life insurance options available after 90 days. Paid time off begins after one year, with holiday pay eligibility after 90 days. A 401(k) retirement plan is available after one year.
