Enrollment Coordinator – Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy

About Us:

Gracie Barra is a world-renowned Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu organization dedicated to helping people transform their lives through martial arts. Our Enrollment Coordinator is the key driver of our academy’s growth, responsible for welcoming new members, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting enrollment goals.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for membership inquiries, calls, and walk-ins.
• Convert leads into members through engaging communication, follow-up, and exceptional customer service.
• Schedule and manage trial classes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Track and update CRM records for leads, memberships, payments, and follow-ups.
• Build relationships with members and families to encourage referrals and long-term retention.
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets with commission-based incentives.
• Support the coaching staff by providing accurate class rosters and onboarding details.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, membership services, or customer success (fitness, martial arts, or health club experience preferred).
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance incentives and commission opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with families and individuals.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Kicksite, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.

Compensation:

• Base pay plus commission
• Average annual earnings: $40,000 - $55,000+ based on performance

Schedule:

• Full-time, includes evenings and Saturdays
