As a Room Attendant at The Renaissance Shoals, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guest rooms are always clean, comfortable, and inviting. Key Responsibilities:

• Be the Heart of Hospitality: Ensure guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and refreshed, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and replenishing supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Inspect rooms for quality assurance, ensuring every corner sparkles and all items are in perfect condition.
• Embrace Team Spirit: Maintain a friendly, positive attitude while interacting with guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Ensure Cleanliness & Efficiency: Complete assigned rooms promptly while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Be a Team Player: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests, including the use of cleaning chemicals and proper waste disposal.
