$75-$85 per visit + flexible scheduling to build your ideal caseload

What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients’ homes
- Focus on ADLs, safety, and functional independence
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Treat patients from evaluation through discharge
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Coverage Area
Spanish Fort, Daphne, Fairhope, Mobile, and surrounding areas Required Skills What You’ll Need
- Active Alabama Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Current CPR certification
- 1+ year of OT experience preferred
