HS Girls Tennis Coach

2026-2027 school year

Qualifications:

1. Lead the girls tennis team while aligning instruction and expectations with the overall tennis program philosophy.
2. Teach and reinforce tennis fundamentals and age-appropriate strategies to support long-term athlete development.
3. Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with student-athletes, parents, and coaching staff.
4. Maintain a safe, inclusive team environment that promotes athlete well-being and sportsmanship.
5. Foster a positive team culture that values effort, accountability, growth, and teamwork.
6. Plan and conduct purposeful practices and prepare athletes for competition in collaboration with the varsity coaching staff.
7. Model professionalism and engage in ongoing learning to support player and program success

Duties: As normally assigned to the position

Compensation: As per Extra Duty Salary Schedule
