As the executive leader of your restaurant, you'll have full accountability for profitability, guest experience, people development, and daily operations - all while being supported by your District Manager and a brand that's growing.

What You'll Own - Profitability
- Primary accountability for restaurant P&L and financial outcomes
- Drive sales through guest service, team development, and operational management
What You'll Own - Guest Experience
- Lead your team to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Resolve guest issues promptly and execute local marketing initiatives
What You'll Own - People
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of 20–45 employees
- Coach Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members to grow and perform
What You'll Own - Operations
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor to optimize performance
- Uphold brand standards, food safety, and full regulatory compliance
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
- 1–2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong grasp of P&L management and profitability drivers
- Proven leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
- Commitment to guest service excellence
- Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
