The Drywall Mechanic is skilled in installing drywall materials to create interior walls and ceilings. This role involves precise measuring, cutting, and framing to ensure quality construction. The ideal candidate will manage materials efficiently and follow safety standards while interpreting blueprints for accurate installations.

Responsibilities

• Install drywall panels on walls and ceilings
• Measure and cut drywall materials to specifications
• Handle and organize drywall materials safely and efficiently
• Comply with all workplace safety regulations
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans
• Construct metal stud framing for drywall support

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in drywall installation
